摘要:
放射性核素肾显像及血浆标本法肾功能测定可快速定量地评价移植肾的血流及功能,可诊断肾移植后急性肾小管坏死及排异,可发现移植肾疤痕,可诊断各种外科并发症如尿漏、尿路梗阻、肾血管狭窄,可观察肾移植并发症的治疗效果,并且可预测移植肾的存活情况,具有无创、简单、快速的特点。
Abstract:
Radionuclide renal imaging and plasma clearance methods can quickly quantitate renal blood flow and function in renal transplants. They can diagnose acute tubular necrosis and rejection, renal scar,surgical complications such as urine leaks, obstruction and renal artery stenosis after renal transplants. At the same time they can assess the therapy effect of renal transplant complications and can also predict renal transplant survival from early post-operative function studies.
