摘要:
肺癌已经成为目前人类因癌症死亡的主要原因之一,在我国肺癌的发生及病死率更是呈逐年上升的趋势,因此,肺癌的早期诊断和正确的临床分期对指导肺癌治疗,提高肺癌患者生存率具有十分重要的意义。目前,国内外对肺癌的诊断主要是影像学手段,有CT、MRI、SPECT、PET等;而肿瘤相关抗原中的肺癌相关抗原、细胞角蛋白片段抗原21-1、神经元特异性烯醇化酶和癌胚抗原检测对肺癌也有一定的诊断价值。
Abstract:
Lung cancer has become one of the leading causes of death from cancer. The mortality and morbidity of lung cancer has been increasing for years in China. Therefore, early diagnosis and accurate clinical staging of lung cancer is critical for guiding the treatment of lung cancer and improving the survival rate of patients with lung cancer. At present, the diagnosis of lung cancer is mainly depends on imaging, such as CT, MRI, SPECT, PET, etc. Besides, the tumor-associated antigen, such as lung tumor-associated antigen, cytokeratin fragment antigen 21-1, neuron-specific enolase and carcino embryonic antigen also plays an important role in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
