摘要:
荧光原位杂交技术检测辐射诱发畸变的结果与G显带等传统方法的结果相吻合,但同时又具有其它方法所不具备的优点,特别是能准确检测易位,所以将可能成为估算慢性照射剂量和早先事故照射剂量重建的理想手段。
