摘要:
前列腺特异性抗原(prostate-specific antigen,PSA)是由前列腺上皮细胞分泌的单链糖蛋白,具有丝氨酸蛋白酶活性,其直接分泌到前列腺导管系统内,正常前列腺导管系统周围环境的屏障作用维持了血液循环中的PSA浓度。
