摘要:
体细胞次黄嘌呤鸟嘌呤磷酸核糖转移酶(HPRT)基因位点是电离辐射研究中的一个经典位点。本文综述了该基因位点目前在辐射研究中的应用、检测方法新进展、突变频率与辐射剂量、(环境)化学诱变剂、肿瘤患者之间的关系。
