摘要:
染色体的畸变包括染色体(或染色体区)的获得和丢失,也包括染色体的易位。肿瘤中许多染色体畸变是肿瘤类型特异性的。使用分子探针去验证这些畸变,对于在以畸变基因为对象的各种肿瘤诊断、治疗的设计可能具有应用潜力。
