摘要:
β2m几乎完全被肾小球滤过,且99.9%又被肾小管重吸收,它能同时反映肾小球、肾小管功能。因此,它在评价肾小球功能,尤其是肾小管功能以及肾移植、上下尿路感染时均有重要价值。
