摘要:
国家职业卫生标准——《人体体表放射性核素污染处理规范》是在广泛调研国内外文献、总结临床实践经验以及应对当前核恐怖突发公共事件的基础上对原标准进行修定的,此标准进一步明确了体表放射性核素污染应急处理的原则和要求、健康和创伤体表放射性核素污染的处理程序和方法,主要用于指导事故性和核恐怖突发事件所致放射性核素体表沾染的诊断和处理。为了能更好地贯彻执行这一标准,该文对标准的相关内容进行解读。
Abstract:
Based on the collection of clinical practice experience and response to sudden nuclear terrorism, national occupational health standard——Specification of Decontamination for Radionuclides Contaminated Human Wound and Skin was revised after extensive literature review. This standard further defined the principles and requirements of emergency decontamination for radionuchdes contaminated human wound and skin. Procedures and methods of wound and skin decontamination were also demonstrated in this specification. It is mainly used for diagnosis and treatment of wound and skin radionuclides contamination induced by nuclear accident and nuclear terrorism events. In order to diagnose correctly and treat wound and skin contamination promptly, this specification was interpreted in this article.
