摘要:
放射性核素唾液显像是将99Tcm-硫胶体滴入口腔内,形成99Tcm-硫胶体唾液混合物,利用放射性核素显影仪获得唾液流经途径影像,能够无创性探测吞咽引起的肺吸入。临床怀疑吸入性肺炎时,应首选放射性核素唾液显像进行诊断。
Abstract:
The radionuclide salivagram can be used to detect the pulmonary aspiration occurred during 99Tcm-sulfur colloid swallowing noninvasively.In patients in whom the main clinical concern is pulmonary aspiration,the radionuclide salivagram should first be taken into consideration for diagnosis of pulmonary aspiration.
