摘要:
13C是稳定性核素,其标记的诊断试剂已逐渐应用于临床,尤其是13C标记的尿素呼气实验,其被广泛用于胃幽门螺旋杆菌感染的诊断。13C标记的其他化合物如氨基比林、美沙西丁、辛酸、混合甘油三酯等还可用于消化系统中其他疾病的诊断。由于13C标记的诊断试剂具有无创、安全、无辐射的特点,其适用于儿童、孕妇等患者,已受到越来越多学者的关注,该文对近几年13C在消化系统疾病诊断方面的研究进展作一综述。
Abstract:
13C is a stable nuclide and its labeled substrates have already used in clinic. Among the substrates, 13C-urea is the mainstream of clinical practice to diagnose the Helicobacter pylori. The other substrates such as aminopyrine, methacetin, octanoic and mixed triglyceride are used to diagnose dis-eases of the digestive system. Because the 13C-labeled compounds are non-invasive, safe, nonradiative and suitable for pregnant women and children, so many researchers focus on them. This paper makes a review on the research progress of 13C-labeled substrates in the diagnosis of digestive system disease in recent years.
