摘要:
抗辐射球菌是一种对电离辐射和其他DNA损伤因子有极强抵抗能力的细菌。对它的研究主要集中在揭示其对DNA损伤的抗性机制和如何利用它清除辐射废料。现有研究认为,该菌的抗性机制主要缘于三个方面:(1)DNA损伤的高效修复;(2)特殊的生存方式;(3)对氧自由基的有效清除。
Abstract:
Deinococcus radiodurans is a bacteria which is extremely resistant to radiation and other DNA damage factors.The researches of it focus on finding the mechanism of its resistance and ways to clear radioactive waste by engineering the bacteria.To date,the researches have revealed three respects of the resistance mechanism: (1)The high efficient repair of DNA damage. (2)Specific survival strategy. (3)Ability to clear free radicals effectively.
