摘要:
应用平均15Gy左右的边缘剂量,在伽玛刀治疗后有约90%以上病例的神经功能状态保持术前水平或有所好转,肿瘤控制率在90%以上,并有24%~74%的肿瘤体积缩小,达到控制肿瘤生长的目的|持久并发症在6%以下;无死亡病例,是微侵袭神经外科的发展方向。
