摘要:
放射性核素脑显像对癫痫灶的定位价值已为部分临床医师所肯定,与ECoG及术后病理结果的吻合率皆在90%以上,是癫痫灶术前定位较理想的方法。放射性核素脑显像与ECoG联合应用能使手术切除目的更明确。
