摘要:
18F-FDG PET、PET-CT已成为甲状腺癌术后复发和(或)转移灶探测及预后评估的重要手段,但对于甲状腺结节术前的诊断作用仍不清楚,许多研究对PET、PET-CT在鉴别甲状腺良恶性结节方面的作用进行了探索,尤其是针对细针穿刺后性质仍不明确的甲状腺结节.随着PET、PET-CT的广泛应用,逐渐增加的PET-CT意外发现的甲状腺结节也给临床医生的诊断及处理带来了挑战.18F-FDG的标准化摄取值(SUV)是PET、PET-CT最常用的半定量分析指标,通过描述组织葡萄糖代谢,用于鉴别肿瘤良恶性,但也存在许多内在缺陷.该文对SUV在鉴别甲状腺良恶性结节方面的诊断价值进行综述。
Abstract:
18F-FDG PET and PET-CT has become an important tool in the postopcrative management of de-differentiated thyroid cancer.But the value of this method in the preoperative diagnosis of thyroid nodules is unclear.Various groups of investigators have explored the potential role of 18F-FDG PET and PETCT in patients with benign and malignant thyroid neoplasms expecially those with indeterminate fine needle aspiration cytology findings.With the increasing demand for 18F-FDG PET and PET-CT,clinicians are faced with the challenge of managing an increasing number of 18F-FDG PET and PET-CT detected thyroid incidentalomas because their significance remains unclear.The standardized uptake value of 18F-FDG is the most common semi-quantitive index and can be used to characterize malignant and benign thyroid nodules by describing the metablism of glucose.This article reviewed the valuc of SUV in differential diagnosis of malignant and benign thyroid nodules.
