摘要:
血管的辐射损伤随着立体定向适形放射治疗等手段的广泛应用而日益受到重视,但此方面的既往研究并不是非常充分。本文利用现有的资料对血管受照射后的急性反应和迟发性反应,以及冠状动脉对辐射的反应和血管辐射损伤的动物实验诸方面进行了简单综述,以期阐明研究现状,明确今后研究方向,并能在一定程度上对临床有所帮助。
Abstract:
Radiation injury of blood vessels has become one of most important research field with the development of stereotactic conformal radiotherapy technique. But there were not adequate research in this field. In this article, the acute lesions and delayed lesions of radiation injury, coronary artery disease of radiation, and experimental radiation-induced vascular disease were discussed. Clarifying the research status, definitude the research direction, and assisting the clinic at a certain extent were the aim of this article.
