摘要:
放射性烧伤是放疗过程中常见的并发症,其愈合的关键环节之一是血管再生,因此对血管再生的调控的研究一直是关注的焦点。研究发现,血管内皮生长因子可能是调控血管再生和创伤愈合的关键因子,这可能为放射性皮肤烧伤提供一条新的治疗途径。
Abstract:
Irradiation burn is common complication during radiotherapy and the healing critically depends on angiogenesis, as a result, regulation of angiogenesis is always regarded as a focus in research. Studies have indicated that vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)is probably a key factor controlling angiogenesis and wound healing, which illustrated a new therapy in irradiation injure.
