摘要:
这一方法是将急性放射病复杂的临床症状和体征归为4类,并引入半定量的方法综合评估,以此推断患者整体的损伤程度;通过多次反复评估,判断患者主要器官和系统的损伤程度,了解其病程的发展特点和全身状况。评估结果可指导救治计划的制订、治疗措施的选择和预后的判断,也可用于对患者病程和治疗过程的回顾性研究。
Abstract:
The new approach is based on the recognition and assessment of clinical signs and symptoms in the early phase after acute radiation exposure. Health impairment due to ionizing radiation is integrative quantified. The aim is to assess and document systematically the damage to the individual as a function of time to establish a prognosis of the patient’s outcome. It could help medical personnel take the appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic actions.
