摘要:
目的 探讨腹腔血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)的定量检测对异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法 采用酶促放大化学发光免疫分析法检测44例腹腔血患者β-HCG的水平,并对结果进行t检验。结果 异位妊娠者腹腔血β-HCG水平[(3916.4±197.1) IU/L]显著高于静脉血β-HCG[(809.4+78.8) IU/L],有统计学意义(t=15.28,P<0.01);与正常妊娠者静脉血β-HCG[(1287.3±455.3) IU/L]比较,也有统计学意义(t=10.21,P<0.01);其阳性准确率可达100%。结论 对异位妊娠并有腹腔出血的患者,采用腹腔血检测β-HCG水平诊断异位妊娠,简便、快速、准确,值得临床推广。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the value of intra-abdominal blood β-human chorionic gnnadotropin (β-HCG)for diagnosis of eetopie pregnancy.Methods β-HCG levels in intra-abdominal of 44 cases were detected by chemical shine immunoassay.Results The level of β-HCG in intra-abdominal blood (3916.4±197.1)IU/L is obviously higher than that ofthe serum(809.4±78.8)IU/L;and compare to the sernm of common pregnancy (1287.3±455.3)IU/L both of them have significance;and aecuuracy ratio was nearly 100%.Conclusion The patients with ectopic pregnancy hemorrhage diagnosed by the quantity analysis of the β-HCG in intta-abdominal is simple,quick and accurate.And the method is worth widely using in clinical.
