摘要:
目的99mTc标记抗β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)单克隆抗体。方法 以SnCl2为还原剂,采用直接标记法进行标记。结果 整个标记过程约需1.5h,抗体标记率为88.1%-97.5%,胶体含量为0.96%-1.27%,游离锝含量为1.10%-9.92%,且抗体的生物活性未受到影响。结论 该法简单、快速,有望用于妊娠滋养细胞疾病的放射免疫显像。
Abstract:
Objective To label the anti-β-human chorionic gonadotropin monoclonal antibody with β. Methods It was direct labeled using SnCl2 as a reduction agent. Results The labeling procedure was finished within 1.5 hours. The labeling efficiency of the labeled anti-β-human chofionic gonadotropin monoclonal antibody was 88.1%-97.5%, 99mTc colloidal was 0.96%-1.27%, 99mTcO4- was 1.1%-9.92%. And it retained its specific biological activation. Conclusion This direct method is simple, rapid and stable, and it hope to be used as radioimmunodiagnosis for gestational trophoblastic turnout.
