摘要:
根据近年来低剂量辐射研究结果,分析了辐射效应的靶、细胞死亡、突变与恶性转化及细胞敏感性等问题,提出了一个新的辐射致癌模型:某些DNA以外的靶受到初始的损伤,引起基因组的不稳定,经过多阶段过程,可能诱发癌。
