摘要:
ABT(氨基比林呼气试验)是研究最早、使用最多的肝功能呼气试验,主要应用于肝病诊断鉴别、肝硬化预后评估、手术干预危险性预测以及移植肝功能监测等方面,较之其他肝功能检查,它具有简单、安全、准确和非侵害性等特点。
Abstract:
Aminopyrine breath test (ABT)is the first and most frequently utilized breath test proposed for the assessment of liver function.It is a simple,safe,sensitive and non-invaseive test which has proved to be useful to refine the diagnosis,monitor therapeutic efficacy,determine the severity of various kinds of liver injury and foresee the prognosis of cirrhotic patients and liver transplantion.
