细胞因子是一类在体内有广泛生物效应的多肽物质,种类较多功能各异。本文概述了白细胞介素、造血生长因子及肿瘤坏死因子等在治疗放射损伤的实验研究和临床应用中的现状,并指出其存在的问题和应用前景。
