摘要:
系统综述中枢神经系统放射损伤的病理生理改变、临床表现、诊断标准及防治措施。指出中枢神经系统放射损伤与受照射体积、分次剂量、分割次数及照射总剂量密切相关,放疗与化疗同时进行将增加脑、脊髓急性放射损伤的发生率。强调减少中枢神经系统放射损伤并发症的关键在于预防。
