摘要:
近年来临床上广泛开展的肿瘤综合治疗,使某些肿瘤患者的生存期明显延长,而一些放射治疗所致的正常组织晚期放射损伤的发病机会也增加,尤其是因胸部肿瘤接受放疗而引发的心脏放射损伤变得较为常见,因此受到放疗学界的日益重视。本文综述了放射损伤性心脏病的病理生理学改变、临床诊治、心脏的放射耐受及其影响因素。
