摘要:
口腔癌是一种常见的黏膜上皮性肿瘤,发病率约占全身恶性肿瘤的3.5%。口腔癌中,鳞状细胞癌占90%以上,2005年WHO在头颈肿瘤病理学和遗传学分类中将口腔鳞状细胞癌定义为"一种具有不同程度分化的侵袭性肿瘤,倾向于早期、广泛的淋巴结转移,主要发生于40~70岁的烟酒嗜好者"[1]
