摘要:
颅内血管畸形及各种肿瘤,多由于位置深在、毗邻重要的神经、血管或与重要的功能区关系密切,常规手术治疗存在创伤大、并发症多或难于达到术区等局限。立体定向伽玛刀放射治疗技术在近10年来发展迅速,在治疗此类疾患时已显现出不可替代的优越性。
Abstract:
Parts of inracranial vascular malforamtions and tumors are deeply located and adjacent to functional structure, important nerves and vessels, surgery intervention is associated with considerate morbidity and mortality and inexecutable in some cases. Gamma knife stereotactic radiosurgery, which has undergone rapid development in the last decade, is of marked advantage for intracranial dieases of thoese kinds.
