摘要:
幽门螺杆菌感染是消化性溃疡和胃炎的主要病因之一。14C-尿素呼吸试验是诊断幽门螺杆菌感染的非侵入性方法,敏感性达90%~97%,特异性为89%~100%,主要适用于幽门螺杆菌感染患者抗菌性根治过程中的随访观察、评价疗效和确定进一步的治疗方案。
