摘要:
免疫系统是机体防御机制的重要部分,免疫细胞对辐射有高度的敏感性。因此,辐射免疫学研究近年来受到人们的重视和关注。受放射性核素内污染损伤机体,可引起免疫器官的功能严重障碍及器质性变化,可抑制免疫细胞的分化与增殖,并诱发不可逆的后遗症,导致中枢免疫器官和外周免疫器官一系列的免疫毒理效应发生。
